02 Membrane Shape
It is mixed evenly at high temperature with the unique precision equipment and special porogen. The high temperature casting liquid is measured and extruded into a hollow NF membrane.
03 Membrane Filtration Accuracy
The membrane wall has pore size of about 1-10nm, high porosity, pressure resistance of up to 0.8 MPa, self-resolving function of pollution, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance.
04 Membrane Filter Core
Composed of more than 2,000 hollow fiber NF membrane bundles, the complete filter core is made through filling, sealing and cutting, with a membrane surface area of more than 1.2 square meters.
05 Membrane Characteristics
Automatically washing, and pollutants are not accumulated and discharged in time, so the filter core is in a state of being unblocked and clean at any time to ensure water production.
The filter core warranty is 5 years, but can be used for more than 10 years actually without changing.
