Not Everyone Can Benefit from Drinking Mineral Water With the development and research of health drinks, the variety of natural mineral water is increasing, and the sales volume is rising rapidly. However, from a scientific point of view, the composition of each mineral water has different effects on the human body. So drinking mineral water is not good for everyone. Improper drinking is not only useless, but also affects health. Modern medicine believes that early pregnancy women and patients with liver cirrhosis should refrain from drinking all kinds of mineral water. Kidney patients, heart disease patients, and hypertension patients should refrain from drinking mineral water containing sodium chloride and sodium carbonate. People with diarrhea and those with light-sensitive skin should refrain from drinking mineral water containing hydrogen sulfide.
